Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is made by crushing olives and extracting the juice, that’s it! No Chemicals are used for extraction of oil nor is industrial refining a part of the process; unlike other available cooking oils!
Extra virgin is the highest quality and most expensive olive oil classification. A quality EVOO has no defects and a flavor of fresh olives.
The oil is made entirely by mechanical methods without the use of any solvents. The production takes place in temperatures that will not degrade the oil.
