Popcorn with La Terra Butter or Fresh Garlic Infused Olive Oils

  • 1 cup of popping corn
  • 3 TBSP of La Terra Butter or Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Ideal Popcorn Popper (health-wise) = Air-popped!


  • If you have a popcorn popper that requires oil to pop, if it is high heat, please use coconut oil
  • If you are using a large pan, 3 Tbsp La Terra Extra Virgin Olive Oil will work if heat is medium high
  • Place a few kernels in pan, when you hear the first few pops add the remaining cup of popcorn
  • Shake the pan gently over the heat with the lid slightly open. When you hear the popping slow down, remove from heat
  • Season as you please — we enjoy Sutter Buttes Tuscan Herb Salt

Roasted Garlic and Traditional Balsamic Marinade

This recipe is ideal to use on Steak


  • ½ cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Dry Sherry
  • 2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (of choice)
  • 2 TBSP Strong brewed coffee
  • 6 Garlic cloves roasted/minced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary
  • 1 TBSP of fresh Thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 TBSP Kosher salt
  • 1 TBSP Cracked black Pepper
  • 3 NY Strip Steaks ¾ lb each


  • Combine all above ingredients in a non-aluminum mixing bowl, whisk together
  • Pour into a zip-lock bag. Add the steaks and marinate for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator
  • Cook them on the grill and Enjoy!

Sauteed Mushrooms with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

This dish is ideal as an appetizer or side dish
Serves 4


  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup La Terra Fresh Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • Tuscan Sea Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Heat pan on medium high. Add olive oil, then mushrooms
  • Saute mushrooms till golden brown
  • Finish with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve immediately

Mediterranean Dressing

Ideal for salads, grilled vegetables & Pasta
Serves 4


  • ½ cup basil leaves, cut
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan or Romano
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • ½ cup Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Crush basil leaves and garlic with a pestle and mortar or food processor until you have a fine paste
  • Gradually blend in the olive oil during the mixing process and the rest of the ingredients as well
  • Serve in a small dish or mix this with your favorite salad, veggies or pasta dish
